The location of this hotel is excellent, situated in the heart of the city center. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. the exclusive amenities, such as the spa center and private facilities, added a touch of luxury to our stay. the room itself was well-appointed with modern furnishings and comfortable beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the restaurant and bar/lounge area provided a wide range of delicious dining options.
Although the hotel provided a swimming pool, the temperature was not adjustable, resulting in the water being a bit too warm for our preference.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the center of town and the nearby major shopping district. It offers easy access to popular food streets and local delicacies. the efficient reception area provides a high standard of service. the rooms are comfortable with all the necessary amenities, including a cloud-like bed and a variety of pillow options. the breakfast on the 8th floor is delicious and the service is excellent. the hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to the airport.
The hotel still charges for internet use, which is disappointing considering other international hotel chains offer it for free to their members.

Got a quiet room, comfortable bed, and good breakfast. The location was also great, with easy access to attractions and public transportation.
Poor room service, unhelpful staff. The restaurant was a bit overpriced, and there were issues with the cleanliness of the swimming pool.

The hotel had a great location, close to a popular pedestrian street and with plenty of amenities nearby. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide selection of both Chinese and Western dishes.
The noise level in the hotel was quite high, which made it difficult to sleep at times. the English language skills of the staff were limited, which made communication a bit challenging.
